There is no skateboard that you can ride in Build-A-Bearville, but there is a hover board you can ride. You can find the hover board at the Bearville Credits store in Town Square. There you can buy the hover board, which is worth 5 credits. Then to access the hover board go to your backpack, click the Rides icon, and click the picture of the hover board. after you do that your avatar with be riding it.
