steps to get the regisFirst, you need a Wailord,Relicanth,someone with fly,someone with dig,someone with dive, someone with strength and a level 35-45 Pokemon (a good high level Pokemon with false swipe is good to).

1.How to unlock the Regi's caverns:

First go to Pacifidlog Town.Check your navigator if you don't know where it is. Now get Wailord, Relicanth,someone with dive and someone with dig. Go to the left of Pacifidlog Town. Stay near the the bottom of the route until you find 2 swimmers (female) next to each other. Surf left until you come to land. Go all the way to the other side of that land. Go to the middle part of the edge and surf. Youll come to a shallow area. Surf off the middle of the left side again. The currents will take you to a dive spot. Use dive. Follow the cave until you find braille. Read the braille and resurface.In the room, go to the back wall and read the braille there.Use dig. The wall will open. Now in the next room, go to the back wall again. Put Relicanth first on your team and Wailord last. Read the braille on the back wall.The cave to the regis shall open.

2.How to find Regice:

Regice's cavern is located on route 105.Start by Surfing north from Dewford Town and stay to the left side on route 105. Youll find a strip of land with a trainer on it (Ruin Maniac). Go on and cross to the other side.Surf up on that side until you come to Regice's cave. Enter it. Read the braille and wait 2 mins. without doing anything. The wall will open and youll be able to catch Regice.

3.How to find Regirock:

His is the easiest to find. Fly to Lavaridge town,get the Pokemon with strength, and go to the desert area on route 111. When your there, go all the way down until you find Regirock's cave. Enter it. Read the braille and then go 2 spaces right and 2 spaces down and use strength. The wall will open and Regirock is now available to catch.

4.How to find Registeel:

Registeel is on route 120. Go to Fortree and make sure you have a Pokemon with fly. Go to route 120 and go all the way down to the girl that gives you a berry. There, go up the ladder.Keep going up through the tall grass. Registeel's cave is there. Enter it. Read the braille and go to the center of the room and use fly. The wall will open and you can now catch Registeel!

Make sure the Regis have around 1hp left and there Paralyzed or sleeping. Use a timer ball or ultra ball to catch them. Hope this helped!
