Hi! Reincarnating a chao twice is not that hard but it takes a lot of patience. First you have to have a chao (duh). Then you have to make it feel happy, don't abuse it or throw it around, then it will probably die and not reincarnate. also, don't feed it to much or pet it to much, it could get spoiled but. Even though I'm not sure that it will affect the reincarnation, be on the safe side and don't do it. and give it lots of chao drives and then it will almost surely when it is five years old reincarnate.
So basically, don't spoil it (too much fruit and too much petting even though I'm not sure), be nice to it, and give it lots of chao drives and on the 5th year of your chao it will reincarnate. Have fun!
