The iPad screen is a multitouch surface so it will recognise more than simple left and right clicks. To achieve actions normally done with a right click on a computer you would either, depending on the app being used and the action required, double tap on the screen or tap and hold to bring up a menu to select from.
Context sensitive options can sometimes appear if you hold your finger down on the item for 3 seconds or so.
You touch where you want to click. To right click, hold your finger down for 3 seconds.
There is no 'right click' on an iPad. Some apps have context-sensitive popups when you hold your finger on the selection for a few seconds.

just go to the building and talk to the guy to the left then go to the pad and click on the panel change parts by double clicking them
