you don't "find" it you just do a bunch of main memorys (the ! marks)
you can upgrade roma (monuments and other stuff),you can upgrade moves with weapons,you can upgrade armor and weapons.
Basically all there is left to do is side missions, taking out remaining Borgia Towers, and recruiting and training Assassins. Then you can complete Thief, Courtesan and Mercenary missions and run around Roma killing guards.
I believe there are 18 banks spread out over Roma. They must be bought to be used, however. Banks are marked on your minimap by a tower with 3 supporting columns.
