If you want to adjust it to its regular screen you do the same steps ctrl alt but then for the arrow part its the up arrow.
You just turn your device. But if the screen doesn't rotate then you might want to try going to settings > general > use side switch to. Then click to lock rotation and make sure you switch the button on the side to on (the button that turns the volume on and off) then try and see if it rotates. If it rotates then go to settings > general > use side switch to and click mute. If that didn't help then you might just want to try rebooting it or resetting it
Some tablets do not have the capability to rotate their screen. Make sure the model you have is able to before attempting to. Most tablets such as the Ipad will automatically detect when you rotate them and will have the screen reorient itself as a result. If the screen does not orient itself automatically and it is not position locked then most likely your tablet cannot rotate its orientation.
