The train from Zürich to Vienna is not a TGV, it is a normal train with top speed 200Kph. But for most of route it does less than that. It takes about 7 hours from Zürich to Vienna. But the route is very picturesque, as it goes lengthways through the Alps.
Take a train from St Moritz to Chur. At Chur change for a train to Zurich. At Zurich Hauptbahnhof take a train to the Paris Gare de l'Est.
Take any direct connection from Vienna (Austria) to Zurich HB (Switzerland). From there you simply take any direct train to Berne, where you change for Geneva... or you take one of the direct trains ("inter-cities") from Zurich to Geneva (but they do the same route as any train via Berne).
About 8½ hours.
You cannot get a train from Zürich to Dubai. You have to fly.
