If you look at the Open University prospectus, it does excellent management courses for nurses. You can do it in your own time & continue working, and your empoloyer may even contribute towards fees if you asked nicely! That would give you the theory, and maybe shadowing a home manager would give you more of an insight into the practical bits. Good luck!
