Talk to Mr. Mime when he appears at cross roads then go to Blizzard island then Crevice cave and go to bottom of dungeon and beat froslas and then he breaks out of ice and gives you Secret rank as you've saved him.

First you goto Mr. Mime who is located near the Kecleon Shop. He'll tell you about Scizor and how he went to Blizzard Island, and how he disappeared. Then you'll be able to go. In Blizzard Island, there are 3 destinations: Blizzard Island, Crevice Cave, and Deep Crevice Cave. At the end there will be Scizor, frozen in ice by a Frosslass. You'll have to defeat her. Then after rescuing Scizor, he gives you the Secret Rank.

To receive the codes for the Seven Treasures you must rescue Scizor from Froslass (beat Blizzard Island and the following Dungeon). I know what 2 is. On Blizzard Island you must get to floor 19 then move up 1 more floor and your done. So basically 20 floors. above you see the person who wrote number one is true. you have to do all things including beating darkrai and you have to get to a certain level to evolve. you can tell by going to summary on one of your not yet evolved Pokemon press left once or twice(not sure but that doesnt matter) it with say evolution: possible now or evolution: not yet. 1. apparently once you only have palkia as an explorer and then you can evolve starters and they have to be a certain level-- you also have to beat Darkrai 2. 20 floors 3 you have to rescue scizor after beating frosslass. to do that, you must get through blizzard island, then the next dungeon, then beat frosslass. then you go home and scizor makes you a secret rank and then you can get wonder mail.
