Very many image editing and viewing programs can save .ico files which are used by Windows OS for icons. Among these is The GIMP.

Experiment : Load a picture from your hard drive into GIMP. Change it in some way. Save it AS ... some different filename.ext Get out of GIMP check your hard drive for the new pic (AND the old one).
Photobucket currently does not support xcf (GIMP) Extensions. To upload a picture that was edited in GIMP you will have to change it's file type. To do this click "File" and then "Save as..." Then click "Select File Type". Once you have selected an Extension from the list of options, click "Save"
One of them. I find GIMP excellent for drawing line art and editing transparent images, and it can open and save .PSD (Photoshop) files. It is not nearly as good as Photoshop for photo manipulation however.

First you have to have paint.net. Search it up on google then download it. Once you have it open the picture you want transparent. Get the magic wand and click the place you want transparent. After that hit the delete button on your keyboard. Save the Picture then your done. Upload it to roblox and there you go.
