If you mean how to save a screen shot image of a website or one of its pages you can simply pres Print Screen button on you keyboard , open paint tool ( Start>>> All programs >>>> Accessories>>> Paint ) then lastly press Ctrl+ V , you'll see a screen shot image of the webpage and just save it in a format you like.
Save the picture, and then save it to a website like Photobucket, or Tiny pic.
Right click on the picture and click save image as.
There are exceptions to this, but generally if you right click on the picture, then in the popup menu click Save Picture As.You should click on the picture first in case the website has shrunk the picture and clicking on it will get you the original. Also, some websites are designed to prevent you downloading a picture.

If you are building a website with a website builder usually it gives you and image uploading option. All you have to do is save the picture from photoshop on the desktop then in your website builder just click on upload, choose the desktop find the picture and then VOILA!!! hope this helped

you could right click a picture, save it in your pictures then burn it to a disk, you wont need a website
Right click on the picture in web browser and select Save Picture as... to save the picture. If the picture can be saved only as bmp, then the picture is not a jpeg image. If it was ajpeg image, you can specify the target format as either jpeg or bmp.
Unfortunately this is not possible, unless you saved the picture under a name with where it had come from. When you save an image off of a website, that picture carries no signature of where it has come from.
