Save your Word document normally so you have a copy of the original. From Word's File menu select Save As HTML or Save As Web Page (this varies in different versions of Word).

From your browser's File menu select Open File... and select your newly saved web page. Check that it looks OK in the browser - you may need to adjust font size, layout etc.
