On Spy Island, the B.A.D. hideout is protected by lasers. To get through them, you have to rescue all three spies in order. When you save the third spy, you get the special googles to see the lasers and avoid them. There are also lasers on the building where a spy is held. Go around them by using the grapple to go left and then back from the other building.
