Easy- If you are on Windows Movie Maker, select publish movie, click save to computer, and pick the location! Easy as pie :3
well i save the song then i put it on the desktop and make a doc. and drag the save song on there and i have to save :)

Right click on the image if you are running windows. Click on the save as select where you want to save the image and click save

You click with your Mouse on the Favicon (The icon of the website to the right of the Address bar where the website link is) and you drag that to your Desktop or Windows Explorer Folder which in your case can be My Documents. :)
