How do you save and get lots of money for Animal Crossing City Folk?

Deposit at least 100,000 bells in the bank. Then, change the Wii (or Animal Crossing)date to the year 2000. Get on Animal Crossing (in the year 2000), and save and quit. Then change the date to the year 2035, and get on Animal Crossing again. Check your mail and you'll get 99,999 bells interest (for depositing your 100,000 bells in the bank), and you'll also get a Town Hall model too!

To save on the original Animal Crossing for the Gamecube, you must talk to the Gyroid outside of your house, and your Gyroid will give you a list of options. One of those options is 'Save', and that is where you can save your game.

Well, there are two ways.

1) Go to your attic (The small room with a telephone and your bed) and get in the bed. A screen will pop up and ask you if you want to save and quit, or keep playing.

2) Whilst stood still (It doesn't matter where you are) point your Wii remote at the screen. You should see a menu pop up, in the top right hand corner there is a little pen. If you click the pen it will ask you if you want to save and quit or keep playing.
