How do you save photos and iTunes on your iPhone on a computer your iPhone is not synced to?

well to start, you have to plug in your iphone/iPod touch to the computer of your chioce using the USB cord. then, a little box will come up asking what you want to do with the device. select "import photos and videos" using the program of your choice.

You probably synced it to a new computer. Correct me if I'm incorrect. Does your mom have music on a different computer? If your mom does, you can open up itunes>go to file> library> back up. Then do the following procedures. Go to your current computer your iPhone is synced in, and then drag all your songs to itunes. Hope this helped.
