Just tap and hold the image for a couple of seconds and a button should come up saying save image. If all else fails just hold the home button and sleep button for a second and take a screen shot.
Well, there's two ways. 1. If you get internet access on that iPod touch, then search it. When you have a picture you like you can touch it and press save or whatever the 'save' option is. 2. You can go on the computer that you sync the iPod touch to and save pictures of twilight on that. You do know how to save the pictures on the computer, right? Assuming you do, you could save them in the folder that you have the pictures that get synced to the iPod. Did that help?
Yes, you can. Tap and hold the picture you have searched up on Google Images, and then a menu should pop up from the bottom screen of Safari. It will ask you if you want to save it in your pictures.
Because Your NOT Doing It Right.
You can sync pics from your computer into your ipod by copying the pics into itunes and sync afterwards.
To store pictures from the internet onto an ipod, or an ipod touch, (i have an 80gig 6th gen video) you go to Google images, type in what you want click on the picture until its at its largest size possible (or it will come out blurry) then save it to a folder on your computer. from there you can drag and click onto your ipod from the photos in that saved folder.
you go on your camera take a picture and then vwala!!!!!! Its done. saved!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes. If your iPod touch is running software version 2.0 or later, simply browse to the photo you want to download, tap and hold it, then tap the Save Image button to save it to your Photos application.
No, but the Apple iPod touch does. If I were you, then I would save up money and get the iPod touch. Its also faster.
