∙ 13y agoUnfortunately, you can't save your game in multiplayer, but in singleplayer, just press esc, and click save game. Click the "new game" tab, and double click it. You can then load the game after leaving.

Press esc and go to save game. It's the same as in half-life. I don't think you can save the game when your online if that's what you want to know.
