Literally, "Feliz cumpleaños, perro." I suspect that you intend this for a friend though. In that event, you might want to substitute "perro" with "carnal", "tío" or "vato" so as not to offend. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^Or you can simply say "Feliz cumpleaños, tío"
