I think the best condolence message you can give is "You are in our thoughts and prayers." If that is too generic write something from your heart. Lots of people use "I'm sorry for your loss" but how can you be sorry if you didn't cause the loss? I've spoken to many people and they don't understand how people can say I'm sorry for your loss. Something from the heart is always appreciated.
You can say "من متاسفم برای از دست دادن شما" which is pronounced as "man motasefam baraye az dast dadan-e shoma" in Farsi.

You can say "slee-KHA".Literally, something like "excuse ! ?" or "forgive ! ?"
"Amen" is actually a Hebrew word, and it is an expression of assent, as if one is saying, "That's right", or "we're on board with that." A rough translation is "firmly so." In Jewish prayers conducted in the Hebrew language, "amen" has long been used at the end of prayers. (The Hebrew pronunciation is closer to "aw-MAINE.")

In Judaism, personal prayers have no structure at all. It is up to the individual. Only public prayers have structure.
