The sentence 'kill on touch' in Japanese doesn't translate very well. I believe the closest meaning possible would be 触ると殺す (sawaru to korosu) which literally means "I'll kill you if you touch". To make this sentence even more aggressive, the particle ぞ (zo) should be added on the end to make触ると殺すぞ (sawaru to korosu zo).
