It depends on how formal you want to be. To say goodbye, from less formal to very formal: chao nos vemos hasta luego / hasta pronto To say take care: cuídate (tú) cuídese (usted)
First, I'm guessing you mean Spanish and not Mexican... Goodbye is literally 'Adios', but you could also say "Nos Vemos" (See You), "Nos Vemos al rato" (See you soon), etc. Take Care is "cuidate".
