ダンプ /dan pu/ can be used in general for 'dump' as a noun. 'Dump' meaning 'trash, garbage etc' would be ゴミ /go mi/. As a verb in most senses (throw away, dump somebody, get rid of etc) 捨てる /su te ru/ is an equivalent for 'to dump' in Japanese.
