You can say "Necesitas aprender español". A couple of things to note: names of languages are not capitalized in Spanish. Another is that the personal pronouns are not normally used with a conjugated verb. "Necesitas" can only mean "you need", so the pronoun "tú" would only be used for emphasis.

Necesitas aprender espanol.
Necesito aprender español (there is an accent mark above the "n" in "espanol").
