Depends on who can run. That would change the conjugation of can (Pouvoir)
I can run = Je peux courir
You can run = Tu peux courir/Vous pouvez courir (Vous being more polite)
We can run = Nous pouvons courir
They can run = Ils peuvent courir (Elles peuvent courir for a group of all females)
"Courir" is assuming this is running as in jogging or sprinting. Running something such as computer software is "éxecuter".
