Santa Claus, as the figure associated with Christmas, is called "Kerstman" in Belgium. However, since Santa Claus is an amalgamation of the figures Sinterklaas (Netherlands, Belgium), Father Christmas (UK) and other traditions of Christmas gift-bringers. One could say Santa Claus is called "Sinterklaas" in Belgium. Though the Belgian people celebrate Sinterklaas on December 6th.
In French, it's 'Joyeux Noëlle' - in Flemish, it's 'Prettig Kerstfeest'

Christmas in Belgium is festive, there are Christmas Markets and Bazaars. If you can stand a roadtrip then go see the christmas markets in Germany. Not to mention the Snow!
There's no such language as "Belgian". The three official languages of Belgium are French, Flemish/Dutch, and German.
