Typically, in Spanish, they would find "the country of" superfluous, and understood within the context of 'He is from....' They wouldn't use it. They'd simply say, "He's from.." (Es de...) then the name of the country. They wouldn't use the pronoun 'he' either, especially if it were understood that the conversation was about 'him.' But, to answer the question that's been posed, you say, "Él es del país de..."
