the Hen Hotel would be called "l'hotel de la poule" in French. If this is only about hens, a hen house or hen coop is "un poulailler" (masc.).
Well, la poule français means French chicken... I don't think you can say the French hen. I'm not too sure of the English version but une poule is an egg laying chicken, which I believe is a hen in English so "la poule française" is correct.
