depending on where the person you miss is from you could say either te extrano muchisimo (S. America) or te echo de menos muchisimo (Spain). Another useful phrase might be hace mucho que te veo it has been a long time since I've seen you or hace mucho que te hablo it has been a long time since we have spoken.
