I would personally say that you would say and write it with the katakana characters mi-de-ru-to-n, pronounced Mee-deh-lu-toh-n. It's a pretty awkward name to translate. Remember, no "r" sound in Japanese, so the r- characters are pronounced sorta like a cross between an r and an l. Hope I helped.
