the sock monster would be spelled "le monstre des chaussettes" in French. But it seems a very American thing - maybe French simply never lose their socks?
You can say "Je veux me défoncer" in French to express the idea of wanting to get high.
In French, you say "lycéen" for a male high school student and "lycéenne" for a female high school student.

in the book its called Merton high but then it said that some one changed it when they were at the monster mash party. Online its called monster high. so......... its really both it doesn't matter but, i would say no that's just my opinion.
