Using Swedish pronunciation, we would say Päjsly. And the word itself is usually used when discussing a particular motif depicting a water-drop shaped vegetable. The name originates from the Scottish town Paisley, where it was made popular, albeit the motif were originally from Persia.

Lastly, although pronunciation of the world would sound like "Päjsly", the word itself is still translated to Paisley in Swedish as well.
