Pablo cuece muy bien los postres
There is as wide a variety of vegan desserts as non-vegan desserts. I do a fair amount of vegan baking and there are great vegan baking books. Essentially you have to replace the milk, eggs and butter with vegan counterparts which is not hard to do with all the great products available these days. If you don't already have favorite recipes try some that are already created for (and tested for) vegans. The book "The Joy of Vegan Baking" is great. We use Earth Balance butter substitute at my house, EnerG egg replacer and different non dairy milks (soy, almond, coconut) depending on what dessert it is. Good luck from Bunni Dot Com
You should only eat desserts that are very low in calories. Desserts such as chocolate covered fruits are a great choice for this, because they have good qualities as well as tasting great!
They can be old favorites that grandma used to make or relatively new concepts. They can be home made, purchased in a ready-to-assemble form, or premade. Desserts come in forms such as yeast breads, quick breads, cakes, pastries, custards, souffles, compotes, and ever popular gourmet cheesecakes. If you are making your own desserts, choose recipes that match your baking and cooking skills. Every cook will tell you it is very disappointing to have a failed finished product. Some desserts are quite simple to make from scratch, such as custards and compotes. Custard desserts are a combination of eggs, milk, sugar, and flavoring. They do require gentle cooking to avoid curdling the milk, though. Compotes are a combination of slowly and gently cooked fruits and are simple to make. Almost any flavor of cake mix can be purchased in a box. These can be made quickly with the addition of oil and eggs. A variety of ready-to-use cake frosting makes cake for dessert a snap. Pastry desserts, such as pies and puff pastry, can be more complex. Many items to make them can be purchased premade. A pastry dough must be made or purchased, fitted into a pie pan, and then a filling is added. Both can be purchased premade and assembled just before baking. Other pastry desserts can be made by purchasing the components premade and assembling them. If time is limited, or you are concerned about your ability to make a certain dessert, almost any dessert can be purchased ready to eat. Many grocery stores have a baking department and offer a wide variety of freshly made desserts. If you are new to making desserts, there are numerous tutorial articles and videos available to guide you. Some desserts are extremely difficult and seem to require practice or special instruction to achieve a satisfactory result. A baking class is a good idea for anyone new to dessert making.
