The most common way of ending a letter or an e-mail in Norwegian would probably be: "Med vennlig hilsen", which literally means "with kind regards". Like "regards" in English you could also write just "hilsen" in Norwegian, which would be suitable if you're writing a less formal letter.
Most commonly used is "Vennlig hilsen". It's about the same.
