All you have to do is take your right hand and only stick out your index and middle finger. Holding them together, you place them below your chest and move hand forwmard about a foot. Then (still using right hand) use index finger to point from your lips uot about a foot. After that (still using right hand) make it into a fist and place it on right part of head and then pull whole arm straight up
