The following are the words/adjectives I've seen used most often for "happy":
• heureux (Masc. singular and Masc. plural)
• heureuse (Fem. singular)
• heureuses (Fem. plural)
• content (Masc. singular)
• contents (Masc. plural)
• contente (Fem. singular)
• contentes (Fem. plural)
Are you happy?
1. Êtes-vous heureux ? (Polite form if you're speaking to a man, also 2nd person plural)
2. Êtes-vous heureuse ? (Polite form if speaking to a female)
3. Êtes-vous heureuses ? (2nd person plural if all Females)
4. Es-tu heureuse ? (Familiar form if speaking to a female)
5. Es-tu heureux ? (Familiar form if speaking to a male)
Use the same format, in the example sentences above, for the adjective: "content". Be sure the adjective agrees with the Subject Pronoun. (IE: content/contents/contente/contentes)
