I think you mean be quiet. The French verb for that is se taire, so to make it into a command you would say tais-toi ("teh-twah") or taisez-vous ("tay-zay-voo"). For more authoritarian emphasis you could shout "un peu de silence !" ("eh[n] puh duh see-lah[n]ss") or simply "silence !"
