I'll give the correct expression in German first (not Swiss German!):
"... besser als der Durchschnitt..."
Now the one in Swiss German (the main difference in spelling are dropped letters):
"... bessr als dr Durchschnitt..." - "... better than the average... "
There are official rules for spelling in Swiss German... but nowadays Swiss German is what they speak and German is what they write. Swiss German is still in use for messages to friends, etc. but not official documents.
There are some German people that are better than average intelligence just as there are better than average intelligent people in most countries. As a race of people, Germans are not considered the most intelligent.
Either German, French, Italian or Rumantsch (a 100% Swiss language with latin roots). The three main languages also exist in Swiss dialect forms... especially the Swiss Italian has much one to one latin in it (even more than Italian itself). And the Swiss German is some kind of medieval German developing in another way than the German did in Germany or Austria (or the Netherlands - as dutch was called 'low-German' due to geographical aspects).

I cannot find any other multiuse tool that fits this criteria. All I am finding however, is some of the best swiss army knifes there is. So as far as your question goes, I cannot find anything better than the swiss army knife.
