Hi no ikari. Or kasai no ikari, if you want something that sounds a little more full. Both "hi" and "ikari" are words for "fire".

焼却 (shoukyaku) is the Japanese word for "incineration" or "Destruction by fire". To make this "to incinerate", you add する (suru) to the end making it, 焼却する (shoukyakusuru).
