How do you say calling in Japanese?

If you mean "calling" as in with a phone, you could use 電話で出かけている (denwa de dekaketeiru), which would be like saying "calling with phone". Otherwise, 叫ぶ (sakebu) or 呼ぶ (yobu) could be used as a reference for calling with one's voice.
