This sentence in Spanish would have no sense because we don't use the verb "fall" to indicate what you want to say. We say "enamorarse" which would be something like "getting into love". But if you want to have a literal, though meaningless translation...

It depends on how well you know the King. If you have a personal relationship with him, you may be inclined to say: Me estoy enamorando de tí, mi rey.
If you just met him or you fell in love long before you have had serious conversation, you may be inclined to say: Me enamoro de su majestad, mi rey.
