To be cluttered (filled or littered with things in a disorderly manner) is "être en fouillis, être en désordre" in French.

Ex: his desk was cluttered and I couldn't find his file > son bureau était un vrai fouillis et je n'ai pas pu trouver son dossier.

Your room is cluttered. Tidy it up. > ta chambre est en désordre. Range-la.
