Grandmother in Norwegian is bestemor, BUT you can also say mormor if she's the mother of your mother, and farmor if she's the mother of your father.
Mormor
It can be bestefar (or beste), morfar (mother's father) or farfar (father's father).
"Mor."
Direktly transelated into norwegian: Den beste moren or Den beste mammaen but the word; bestemor (direktly transelated to english: the best mother) means grandmother... the best mother of eighter the father or the mother of the baby... hope this helps you out! ;)
Either "far" or "pappa"
You would say "Jeg elsker deg, far" in Norwegian.
Hils din mor
It depends if it is the father of the child's father or mother: Farfar = "father's father" Morfar = "mother's father" But you can use "Bestefar" for both grandfathers. I myself use "Besten", which is used a lot in the western coast.
If you mean grama as in Grandmother then it is "Mormor" if its your mother's mother or "Farmor" if its your father's mother or simply Bestemor which is for both. If its not Grandmother then I have no idea..
