Mon ami compatriotes Louisianais
No delegates met during the French and Indian war. The colonies were still British and fought by the British military.
yes
Delegates are representatives chosen by state political parties, who attend political conventions. A Democratic or Republican delegate is a representative of his or her state political party, who convenes with fellow delegates at the party's political convention to select a political candidate who will represent the party in upcoming elections.

It depends on how you say it, which part of the word "fellow" you enunciate. Since low and go seem to rhyme to me, I'll say yes.
When you say "to your fellow children", the implication is that the person being addressed is a child. Otherwise, the speaker would not use the term "fellow".
In Indian culture, you can say "Namaste mere saathhii saathhii vishaalaa shrenii ke" to greet your fellow classmates.
Benjamin Franklin knew that the delegates didn't all agree with everything that was written in the Constitution. He didn't agree with everything either, but compromises had been made and he felt everyone should set aside the "my way is best" notion and sign the document.
Greetings, fellow.
