I'm not sure of your question. I do not know what bemba is.
That verse, John 3:16, states that God loved each and every person so much, that He sent His son, Jesus, to rescue us from the penalty of sin.
See Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." Sin is doing anything that misses the mark of perfection set by God, such as "You shall not lie." and "You shall not steal." and "You shall honor your parents." Every person is guilty of at least two of those at some point in their life.
Next see Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." Since all of us have sinned, all of us deserve death.
Now see Acts 16:31 "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household."
Couple that with John 3:36 "He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him." This verse ties belief in Jesus to obedience to the commandments that He gave.
There are some that may say "God doesn't love the world if He sends people to hell." God sent His Son to die a horrible, painful death to pay the cost for everyone's sin. He provided a payment for the sin, to take away the penalty. Many people do not accept that, so in a sense, they are sending themselves to hell.
I hope that answers your question.
John 3:16 (NIV)"For God so loved the world, that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life."(Or everlasting life)
Read the whole Holy Bible to get more information. John 3: 16- 18 For God so loved the world that He gave his one and only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.
The Bible says who ever believes Jesus Christ is the son of God and died as a sacrifice for sin will go to heaven/have eternal life. This is also what Jesus taught. Jesus said this: John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
John 3:16 says, For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that, whoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life.
