Ti amo per sempre, bambina(girl) or bambino(boy). That is the literal translation. There may be an idiomatic expression that i am not aware of to better say this.

Il mio amore per te e' eterno, would be a better way

or Ti amo per l'eternita'

[Io] ti amo, tesoro is an Italian equivalent of 'I love you, baby'. The words in Italian are pronounced '[EE-oh] tee AH-moh teh-SOH-roh'.

In the word by word translation, the subject pronoun 'io'means 'I'. It doesn't have to be used, because the verb identifies the subject as the first person singular. The personal pronoun 'ti' means 'you'. The verb 'amo' means '[I] am loving, do love, love'. The masculine gender noun 'tesoro'means 'treasure, sweetheart, darling, baby, etc.'
