In Swiss German one would say: "Grüezi (Gruezi)" in general of when you know someone better (close Friends, Family) you could say "Hoi". Others for closer friends would be "Ciao" from Italian or "Sali". Depending on the time of the day it could also be "Guete Morge" (Good Morning) or "Guete Abig) (Good Evening) or Guete Tag (Good Day), those could be used toward everyone.
