Yeia sas is the formal (or for more than one person). Informal would be: yeia sou (YA sue).

The way you would write this in Greek is: γειά σου
in greek is "Yassle" yaaa salw

actually it's yaa sou (γεια σου)

How are you = Pos eisai?

to type this with a greek key board change it in the user cp and then type gei;a soy and the result will be: γειά σου. as for pos eisai i don't know yet.
