the verb "arriver" is used as you would say "to arrive" so you need to conjugate it. Je- arrive Tu- arrives Il/Elle/On- arrive Nous- arrivons Vous- arrivez Ils/ Elles- arrivent I think... sorry ...
You say "arrive at" when referring to a destination or specific location. For example, "We arrived at the airport." "Arrive to" is not the correct preposition to use with "arrive."
