There are three common ways of saying this, 愛している (aishiteiru) 好き (suki) or 大好き (daisuki). The second and third would need objects to associate the "liking". 愛している literally means "loving", but the subject is usually implied giving it an "I love you" connotation.

I miss you (literally means 'You are nostalgic')
7. 寂しい

I miss you (this short version literally means 'I am lonely')
To say the words I'll always love you in Japanese you say Watashi wa anata o zutto aishi tsudzukemasu. These words in Latin are said as Ego amare te.
Watashi WA -Someone's Name + Chan- wo mada suki desu.
